Throughout this blog, we’ll continue to post company updates, share insider tips and advice, and include deals and promotions exclusive to New Look Refinishing. This is first for both me and the company. When I started the company in 2002, I had no idea I’d be here, two kids in college and leading a group of coworkers with confidence and expertise. It seems like yesterday, I was working out of my house, doing all aspects of the job myself. Now, I am proud to say I have an amazing team that has kept the company on the track to success for years.
My technicians, office assistants, sales consultants, and marketing analysts have worked hard to ensure both company growth and excellent quality and service. Ultimately, that’s why we’re here – to provide high-caliber service with a product that is affordable, durable, and beautiful. We take pride in what we do, and if you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. It’s both a lesson and a value I was taught by my father, and his lessons have long since carried those values me since I started the company.
I didn’t want to be one of those guys that took your check and went on their way. I wanted to give you a product that we could both be proud of. When I refinished your bathtub, reglazed your tile, or resurfaced your countertop, I wanted you to love it with absolute certainty. Your confidence in my workmanship to allow me into your home was more important to me at the end of the day than a paycheck.
Today, I instill in all my technicians the same values I hold near and dear to the company’s heart. Quality and service are the foundation of what makes New Look Refinishing different from all the other companies out there. I’ve been saying that since we opened in 2002, and I’ll keep saying it because it’s true.
