So happy I called New Look. My shower was a horrible almond color with some flaws. Christian came out and repaired the patch and then back out to spray the shower. He did an excellent job and was extremely thorough and explained everything and how to maintain it going forward. It took him a few hours to do the job and since I got rapid dry I can use it in a 4-6 hours which is huge. Highly worth the few extra dollars for the rapid dry!

Turned my ugly 1974 green tub and tile surround to brand new. Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend going with the rapid coat. We have one bathroom and didn't want to wait 24hrs to take a shower plus it's durable.

Citywide Glass Dartmouth MA needed someone to fix a chip in a shower pan caused by one of our technicians.
I had contacted another company who was charging way more and needed to know the make and model of the shower pan before they'd send someone out.
Then I called Liz, explained the situation, sent her pics of the damage, gave her my customer's contact info and Liz took care of everything.
It was done within a week and priced very reasonably.
Just got the text from my customer "What's going on Tim, the company did a great job! Can't even tell where the chip was!"
Hopefully, we won't need this type of service in the future, but if we do, we'll be calling New Look Refinishing.

I had my tub reglazed with these guys and they did a fantastic job. The tub looks great and they also helped repair a plumbing issue with the drain. The owner actually came out to handle it. Everyone was very professional and did a really thorough job, would definitely use them again.

Martin showed up on time, explained the process to me, and got right to work. The guy was a total pro! And the results were beyond my expectations. So glad I didn’t spend a lot more money on a new tub, as the cast iron one I have was totally fine, I just needed a different color. This was the way to go

I highly recommend New Look. I don't have a single negative comment. From my first call to them to the end of the project, they were friendly, helpful, efficient, and I felt very comfortable leaving the techs in the house. Best of all, our big old tub now looks amazing. A great company to hire.

I had a tub/shower and two sinks refinished and I couldn’t be happier. They look brand new and the cost was totally reasonable and surely less than other options. I was impressed with the work ethic, craftsmanship and professionalism of Geoff who single handedly completed the whole project! He is an excellent employee. Strongly recommend for anyone with outdated bathrooms!!!

My 1985 one piece tub/shower in bisque couldn't have been more gross looking. It look filthy all the time no matter how much I scrubbed it! There was nothing wrong structurally with it though, so I called to have mine refinished after a neighbor showed me how good of a job New Look Refinishing had done on his. I'm so glad I did, as for a fraction of the cost of what replacing a perfectly fine shower/tub would be, my tub now looks brand new after having been refinished. Christian did a great job and the customer service woman (Robin I think) is sharp as a tack and so responsive and good at her job – a rare breed these days. I highly recommend New Look Refinishing!

Couldn't be happier with the finished product. Bathtub looks brand new despite having numerous layers of finish. Technician Matt was very thorough and professional. He was in and out in a couple hours. I highly recommend New Look. The name really does say it all !

New Look Refinishing is an excellent and trustworthy resource for your bathroom refinishing needs. I have a very unique bathroom that is entirely made out of yellow fiberglass. I had a lot of trouble finding anyone who could perform the refinishing work that I needed for an entire bathroom (walls/ceiling/shower). New Look took the job and nailed it out of the park. The installers meticulously took their time and made sure every detail was perfect. The finished product came out incredible. The dingy yellow has been replaced with a bright white finish. Very professional and courteous, and they make sure to clean up after themselves and keep your home clean while doing some pretty dirty work. I would highly recommend New Look for your refinishing needs, no matter how complicated the job may be. I couldn’t be happier with the work and the level of service that they provided to me.

New Look refinished our tub and tile surround and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. We saved thousands of dollars on a bathroom renovation by refinishing what we already had. It looks like brand new and is so much easier to keep clean. Highly recommend!
